Financial Management Philosophy and Background
Garrett joined Net Worth Advisory Group in 2016 working as a client services manager. During this time, he learned what it really means to put the client’s interests first in developing, implementing, and reviewing a comprehensive financial plan. Garrett completed his degree in Personal Financial Planning from Utah Valley University, one of the top personal finance programs in the nation. He has also passed the CFP exam.
Simplifying the complexities of clients’ personal finances and relaying that information in an understandable conversation is how Garrett approaches his advisor role. He loves to teach his clients and not just tell them what to do. As a fee-only financial advisor, Garrett does not accept commissions and keeps his advice objective and in line with the client’s best interests. He believes in customizing the financial plan and advice to each specific client and does not believe in a one-size-fits-all strategy.
Your finances can be complex and daunting at times. Having a trusted advisor to help you navigate debt, budgeting, retirement planning, estate planning, tax planning, investment management, insurance evaluation and every aspect of your personal finances can be priceless. Garrett wants to work with you, as a team, to develop a comprehensive financial plan, review and update that plan at least twice a year, and grow with you through your different life stages.
